The Therapy Process
If you are new to therapy, welcome! If you are looking to re-enter therapy and you’re trying to find “the right fit”, I’m happy you’ve found yourself here!
Each client begins with an intake session (60 min) where we will gather important background information and history about yourself. This will help me get to know what you have been struggling with as well as past issues that may be road blocks to your goals. From there, we can develop an appropriate treatment plan to guide us in our future sessions together.
After our intake session, we will meet on a weekly or biweekly basis. During these sessions, we will begin to address your goals at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
